Everything you need to know about reserving training slots.
- Each booking is 60 minutes
- Maximum 1 booking per team per day
- 15-minute buffer between bookings
- Two tatamis • four booking days
You will receive an access code from the admin (one per country).
The code can be shared within your delegation. It identifies your country when booking.
All bookings are 60 minutes in duration.
There is a 15-minute buffer between bookings.
Schedule runs from 09:00 to 19:00.
Each country can make 1 booking per day (across both tatamis).
If your country already booked a day, other slots for that day will be disabled.
Your current bookings are shown on the booking page and in "My Bookings".
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact the CKF admin team.
The admin dashboard can monitor all bookings and assist quickly.
What if someone else on my team already booked?
All delegates share the same country code, and your country can only book once per day.
Can I book multiple areas at the same time?
No. Your country can make only 1 booking per day across both tatamis.
What happens if I don't show up?
No-shows may result in reduced booking privileges. Please cancel in advance if you cannot attend.
I lost my access code. What do I do?
Contact CKF support via email or phone. They can re-send or replace your country code.
